These terms apply when you order from Grillsons (Prime Butcher · Beirut) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before you order.

Who we are

Grillsons (Prime Butcher · Beirut) is a butcher based in Beirut, Lebanon.

Orders

When you place an order you will see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. We may call or message you to confirm details. We can decline or cancel an order — for example if a cut is unavailable or an address is outside our delivery area — and we will tell you if we do. You will never be charged for an order we cancel.

Prices and weights

Prices are in US dollars and include the cost of the meat and its packaging. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you place the order. The size you choose is a target weight. We weigh every piece and charge for its actual weight at the displayed price per kilogram; your final bill follows the weighed total.

Payment

You pay when your order is delivered — in cash, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds, to the rider. Where Whish or OMT is offered at checkout, your order is prepared once the transfer is confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver in Beirut, Mount Lebanon and Keserwan-Jbeil, in the window you choose at checkout. Please be available to receive the order, and keep your phone on — the rider will call before arriving. See Delivery & areas for fees and windows.

Problems with an order

Loyalty points

Registered customers earn points on completed orders. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and we may change the programme with notice on this website.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
