Delivery windows

Delivery is next-day by default. Order before 6 PM Beirut time for tomorrow; after 6 PM, the earliest delivery date is the day after tomorrow. We do not deliver on Sundays, and closed dates are marked in the calendar.

Choose a date within the next 14 days and a two-hour window from the live checkout calendar. Closed dates are marked, and full windows cannot be booked. If we enable same-day delivery, Today appears only before its cutoff and when a window is available.

On the day

Keep your phone on — the rider will call before arriving. A landmark (“opposite the pharmacy”) and the map pin at checkout help the rider find you first time.

Paying

Pay the rider in cash, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds. The rider carries change.
