This explains what we collect when you order from Grillsons, why, and what we do with it. We keep it to what we need to get your order to your door.

- Your delivery address — street, building, area, governorate, a landmark, and, if you set one, the pin you drop on the map.
- Your orders — what you bought, when, the delivery window, and how you paid.
- Your account, if you create one — saved addresses, order history and loyalty points.
Why we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To send you order confirmations and updates by email.
- To keep your account, your order history and your points.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Our team, to prepare your order. The rider delivering it, who sees your name, phone number, address, landmark and map pin, and any note you leave. The services that run this website and send our emails, only as far as needed to do that.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp or reply to any order email and we will deal with it.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to run the shop — your basket, your session and your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
